Job Description
Schedule : Full-time 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Evening Shifts
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Activities Aide to help plan and provide engaging activities for our residents. The Activities Aide will encourage resident participation, promote social interaction, and help create a positive and enjoyable environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and leading recreational and social activities for residents
Encourage residents to participate in activities based on their interests and abilities
Assist with arts and crafts, games, entertainment, group programs, and special events
Provide one-on-one activities for residents who are unable to participate in group programs
Help prepare and organize activity materials and the activity area
Maintain a welcoming and engaging environment for residents
Document resident participation and activities as required
Work with the Activities Department and other staff to support residents' social and emotional well-being
Requirements for Activities Assistant :
Must have a cheerful and positive attitude
